Is Correcting My Dog All the Time Mean?
Our system has been thoroughly tested and our combination of training and electronics is veterinarian approved. The correction is similar to a shock from a doorknob, and is harmless.
We adjust the level of the correction according to your dog’s size, personality, and breed in order to provide just enough of an unpleasant stimulation that they learn to avoid crossing the boundary. Most pets only receive two or three corrections.
How Do I Take My Dog for a Walk?
After training on the system is complete, take the receiver collar off your pet and they will be able to cross the boundary without receiving a correction.
How Do I Know the Underground Dog Fence Is Working?
Call your local dealer if the yellow light on your transmitter is illuminated. This means a power surge or lightning strike might have damaged your system. If only the red and green lights on the transmitter are illuminated, however, all is functional.
